Our total liability is limited to €100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is lower.

8. Termination

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Magdeburg.
